What is Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’?

The Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’ is a document that synthesizes Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews into insights for IT decision makers. This aggregated peer perspective, along with the individual detailed reviews, is complementary to Gartner expert research and can play a key role in your buying process, as it focuses on direct peer experiences of implementing and operating a solution.

This specific report evaluates vendors in the Hyperconverged Infrastructure Software (HCI) space. Gartner defines “HCI as software that provides virtualized compute, storage, networking and associated (cloud) management — from a single installation running on server hardware.” Vendors in the report include StorMagic, Starwind, Dell Technologies, Scale Computing, VMware, and more.

Additionally, we received a 4.6/5 in “Product Capabilities based on 49 responses,” 4.7/5 in “Sales Experience based on 45 responses,” 4.5/5 in Deployment Experience” and 4.5/5 in “Support Experience.”, both based on 49 reviews as of Mar’21.
