Stafford, UK-based GRG Public Resources Ltd. recently refreshed its environment and has dramatically improved data availability—by 100 percent —with StorMagic SvSAN, the software-defined storage solution designed for edge environments.
GRG PRL works with police forces and fire services across the UK providing 24-hour, year-round call handling for vehicle removal, emergency boarding of premises and keyholder lists. Approximately 80 percent of GRG PRL’s applications now run on StorMagic, and help to manage inbound call routing software for hundreds of phone lines.

GRG Public Resources replaced HP servers with two new Dell servers and added StorMagic SvSAN to simplify GRG PRL’s storage infrastructure, improve uptime and to leverage VMware’s benefits, without having to install a physical SAN.
