Last week StorMagic CEO, Hans O’Sullivan, travelled to New Orleans to join The Home Depot team for a charity event. , They worked with Rebuilding Together New Orleans and The Green Project to rebuild the homes of two veterans, which were damaged by Hurricane Katrina.

The veterans, Charles Heisser and Henry Martin, had been living for 13 years without any electricity in their homes, unable to afford repairs from the damage caused by the hurricane.

Hans was a part of the IT team of volunteers, lending his tech know-how to the Home Depot team and helping to raise over $2.8 million over the course of the event.

It’s great to see that Charles and Henry are delighted with their restored homes. More information on the ongoing work that the Home Depot team are carrying out can be found here.
