Overview of role

StorMagic is a rapidly growing company and is looking to grow its Inside sales team with the appointment of an Inside Sales Associate. The role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to expand their career in sales. Our Sales Associates are responsible for developing inbound and outbound leads for, and on behalf of StorMagic and the wider sales team. Duties within the role will include:

  • Sales prospecting activities; telemarketing, cold calling and campaign follow-up
  • Profile and qualify sales opportunities
  • Responsible for customer retention/ support renewal activity
  • Identify target customers through research on prospective organisations
