StorMagic Announces Pay-As-You-Go Storage Licensing for Cloud Service Providers

New program can lower the annual cost of storage by at least 50%

BRISTOL, UNITED KINGDOM – 14 June, 2017 – StorMagic®, the software-defined storage company enabling hyperconverged infrastructure, today announced the availability of their pay-as-you-go virtual storage program for Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). StorMagic’s SvSAN eliminates the need for expensive external storage arrays by leveraging the internal disk drives of any two x86 servers and actively mirrors data to enable highly available shared storage and hyperconverged environments.

This new program, the StorMagic Cloud Partner Program, allows Cloud Service Providers to build public and private cloud offerings without the traditional upfront storage costs.

• Reduce setup and reporting time – CSPs can download and deploy an SvSAN environment in less than 60 minutes and simply add additional licenses as requirements scale. Using existing tools or the StorMagic GUI, simply report on monthly storage usage with a short online form.
