StorMagic Expands Board of Directors with Addition of two non-Executive New Members

BRISTOL, England – 29 July, 2020 – StorMagic®, simplifying storage and security from the edge to the core, is expanding its board of directors with the addition of two new non- executive directors, Geoff Hudson-Searle and Else Thomson. The new board members were added to support and help refine StorMagic’s strategy as its business continues to grow.

Geoff Hudson-Searle is respected in his field as an independent non-executive director across regulation, technology and internet security, C-Suite executive on private and listed companies, and serial business advisor for growth-phase tech companies, with more than 30 years’ experience in international business and management.

Else Thomson joins the StorMagic board, as a representative investor director for Committed Capital, one of StorMagic’s larger shareholder groups, and bears more than 25 years experience in finance and human resources and is a chartered accountant.
