StorMagic has joined the Nutanix Elevate Technology Alliance Partner Program, and our encryption key management solution, SvKMS, has been validated with Nutanix data encryption and their AHV hypervisor.
What Does This Mean?
SvKMS has been named a Nutanix Ready validated solution, for customers looking to implement a third party key manager with Nutanix built-in encryption, or that want to operate SvKMS on Nutanix’s AHV hypervisor. These validations provide customers the ability to simplify enterprise key management, enable key lifecycle capacities, and make Nutanix encryption fully compliant with security industry standards.

StorMagic SvKMS with Nutanix
StorMagic SvKMS integrates with Nutanix encryption by acting as a Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP) server to ensure a seamless connection between the encrypted data and the external encryption key server. With this integration, Nutanix customers can leverage the built-in capabilities for self-encrypting drives (SEDs) and software-based data-at-rest encryption.
SvKMS is also now validated as a Nutanix Ready solution for its AHV hypervisor which is gaining momentum in the industry. These multiple validations position SvKMS as the ideal solution for Nutanix customers that must protect sensitive data and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
