Learn about the latest updates to SvSAN that will be released in May
May 21 will see the GA release of StorMagic SvSAN's compatibility with Linux KVM hypervisors as well as the launch of StorSecure, a new product that brings an affordable, flexible key management system to the edge.
Adding the capability to operate on a KVM hypervisor is a significant development for SvSAN that gives the end user expanded flexibility in choosing how to build their solution. Adding a further hypervisor option alongside SvSAN's compatibility with any x86 server, any CPU and any storage type.
StorSecure further augments SvSAN's existing encryption capabilities by introducing an entire key management system (KMS) into the solution. Should an end user demand encryption as part of their solution, StorSecure provides an affordable, flexible alternative to a typically expensive, cumbersome component.
