Infographic: Cisco HyperFlex vs StorMagic SvSAN

Cisco has announced the end-of-life of its HyperFlex hyperconverged infrastructure product. It is a resource-intensive and expensive solution, designed for the datacenter. Its replacement, Nutanix software running on Cisco hardware, is similarly architected. So for SMBs and multi-site organizations deploying in edge computing environments, surely there must be a better alternative? As our infographic shows, that alternative is StorMagic SvSAN. It allows existing Cisco HyperFlex users to retain their UCS server hardware, regardless of age, and easily migrate from HyperFlex to SvSAN software to create cost-effective and highly available 2 or 3-node clusters.

For more information about the HyperFlex end-of-life announcement, as well as migrating to StorMagic SvSAN, refer to our blog post which covers this topic in more detail.
