Paul Lechner | Security Product Manager | Victoria, BC, Canada

Explain your role, in a nutshell. I own the product direction for our security products. Product management acts as the hub of all things related to the product, from ideation, to marketing and sales, and working with the technical team to define the product set and prioritize features in the development process. At the end of the day, it’s about understanding customer needs and translating them into products/services that solve their problems better than anyone else.

Tell us a bit about your educational / professional background. I’ve always been at the intersection of translating business problems into technical solutions.
